Grundorf Debuts Tour 8 Case

Grundorf has launched its Tour 8 Series Drawer Case.

Council Bluffs, IA (September 27, 2011)—Grundorf has launched its Tour 8 Series Drawer Case.

A road storage case for musical/pro audio equipment such as test-and-measurement devices, tools, microphones, adapters, parts and more, the case aims to keep accessories organized and close at hand.

Featuring four compartments on the inside of the front door plus four drawers for organizing one’s accessories, the Tour 8 Drawer Case can be equipped with foam inserts to house the microphones for transit. Optional locking latches are available to create a fully lockable environment, and the drawers slide on steel glides.

Designed and manufactured in the U.S., the Tour 8 Drawer Case is constructed using 3/8-inch plywood with a high-impact-resistant ABS laminated finish. The edges are finished with double-edged aluminum extrusion and the lid-to-body seal is made with an interlocking aluminum tongue and groove valance system. It is available in red, black, blue or gray.

Frank Grund, president of Grundorf Corporation, comments, “The new Tour 8 Drawer Case provides the touring professional with secure protection for one’s valuable accessories. Featuring robust construction throughout and large casters with brakes for safe, easy transport to further protect the equipment; this new case offers the best possible protection for the myriad of small, yet expensive tools and accessories that every traveling audio professional requires. We’re also quite proud of the fact that this case is completely designed and manufactured here in the States. I’m confident musicians and audio pros will find this case a compelling choice to protect their valuable equipment.”
