Waves MyMon App Launched

The iOS/Android Waves MyMon App works in conjuction with the eMotion LV1 Live Mixer.

Knoxville, TN (December 6, 2019)—Waves Audio has launched its new Waves MyMon app – a personal monitor mixing app to provide musicians on stage direct control of their monitor mixes. The app works in conjunction with the Waves eMotion LV1 Live Mixer.

With the Waves MyMon app, users can adjust input levels, mute, pan, apply post-mix EQ, and link channels to custom single-fader groups, allowing them to have real-time customizable control of their own mix.

Even if users have little to no technical knowledge about mixing, the MyMon app interface is intended to be musician-friendly and intuitive enough for you to help them build a mix, as they self-manage input channel levels, mute, pan, link multiple channels to a single fader, and customize their sound even further with a built-in master bus EQ.

For live sound engineers, the app frees them up to focus their attention elsewhere, as users take care of their own monitors without affecting the house mix or competing for attention at FOH.

With simple setup and easy navigation, MyMon makes the live experience more enjoyable for live sound engineers and musicians alike.

Up to 16 devices using the Waves MyMon app can be connected simultaneously to the eMotion LV1 Live Mixer. The app works in Landscape and Portrait screen modes and provides simple swipe navigation, allowing users to control individual channel pan, mute and volume levels, and post-mix (master bus) monitor EQ.

Any combination of channels can be assigned to four LINK masters, each with volume and mute toggles. Additionally, users can create unique names for Links, and then save and store Link names and assignments per session. Lastly, users can lock individual devices for security as well.
