Radio Active Designs Debuts TX 2-4U Combiner-Splitter

The unit lets wireless operators send two transmit signals to four zones.

East Rutherford, NJ (April 24, 2018)–Radio Active Designs has unveiled its new TX 2-4U combiner-splitter.

The unit provides wireless operators with a way to take two transmit signals and send the signal to four zones, each of which can be adjusted independently.

“Currently there is no other product on the market that can do this,” explains James Stoffo, CTO, Radio Active Designs. “When you split a signal, there is normally degradation. Because the user can increase the power to each zone, the signal can be delivered as if it was never split.”

The selectable output power per channel is 1mW (for RF over fiber), 50mW, 100mW and 250mW.
