Linköping, Sweden (March 8, 2016)—Softube has released its Drawmer 1973 Multi-Band Compressor plug-in.
Modeled on the original hardware in collaboration with Drawmer, the new plug-in replicates the iconic compressor while also adding modern features, such as a Mid-Side processing and sidechain option not available in the original hardware.
Users can have independent control over three frequency bands; pull out and fine-tune individual instruments; tame low frequencies while leaving the top end shimmering; tweak the details to get a bigger picture; and more.
The Drawmer 1973 Multi-Band Compressor’s GUI recalls the hardware original, is CPU friendly, comes with numerous presets, and does not require an iLok dongle.
An introductory price offer of $199 runs through the end of this month, March 31, 2016.
