‘A tremendous honour’: Why to enter PSNEurope’s Best of Show Awards at ISE 2020

The entry deadline is 5pm on January 28, 2020 with early bird entry prices ending on January 21, 2020

Future’s Best of Show Awards programme at ISE 2020 is supported by four of Future’s industry-leading magazine brands – PSNEurope, AV Technology Europe, Installation, and Residential Systems. Each brand represents a Best of Show Award category that can be entered by anyone exhibiting at ISE 2020. PSNEurope’s category is audio-specific.

The Best of Show Awards provide the ideal platform to draw attention to your new products and services that are launching at ISE, setting them apart from the other 1,500+ exhibitor’s products that are also debuting at the show.

As the entry deadline for Future’s ISE Best of Show Awards gets nearer (5pm on January 28, 2020), we have curated a list of the PSNEurope Best of Show Award winners of 2019.

2019 winners:

Coming out of the show with one of PSNEurope’s prestigious Best of Show awards, Kramer’s VP marketing, David Margolin, stressed the importance of the win to the brand: “ISE is the premier global showcase of Pro AV innovation. With more than 80,000 attendees and hundreds of thousands of products on display, to be recognised as a Best of Show winner is a point of distinction and a tremendous honour for us.

“Winning the 2019 award demonstrates how Kramer is a consistently innovative brand – developing solutions that chart a steady course through a rapidly evolving industry. The Best of Show awards also acknowledge our close attention to detail and how we always put our clients’ requirements and needs first. With IT-friendly AV signal management, software-driven AV like Kramer Open Platforms, our VIA product line, cloud-based control, enterprise AV management solutions and many other products and solutions, we again hope to stand out at ISE in Amsterdam.”

Meyer Sound’s ULTRA-X40 has gone from strength to strength since its release and redesign, and winning the Best of Show Award for ISE 2020 was the cherry on top of the cake.

The redesigned ULTRA-X40 features a concentric driver configuration, new amplifier and processor technologies drawn from Meyer Sound’s LEO Family of line arrays, a rotatable horn and a wide selection of rigging options.

“The ULTRA-X40 is the first in a completely new generation of Meyer Sound point source loudspeakers,” remarked Meyer Sound senior VP of Marketing, John McMahon. “We are confident it will redefine the category of compact loudspeakers as much as the UPA-1P did when it was first introduced back in the late nineties. The ULTRA-X40 offers significant advantages across an exceptionally broad range of portable and installed applications.”

The ArenaMatch arrays incorporate DeltaQ technology – which features an IP55 weather rating – to bring improved sound quality, consistency, vocal clarity, and flexibility to outdoor installations, such as sports stadiums, arenas, and outdoor entertainment centres. The ArenaMatch DeltaQ array was recognised by our judges for leading the way in stadium sound technology and have been installed in multiple large-scale stadiums since.
