
TiMax and EM Acoustics have partnered up to present a combined series of demonstrations offering an opportunity to experience TiMax spatial mixing, immersive 3D effects animation and vocal localisation with live stage-tracking using TiMax SoundHub and TrackerD4 on a multichannel immersive EM Acoustics system.
These demos will take place from Tuesday 3 to Thursday 5 March, 2020 at SARM Music Bank Studios in Notting Hill, London.
The sessions, presented by Out Board’s Dave Haydon and Robin Whittaker will cover:
• TiMax SoundHub new HARDCore FPGA processing, PanSpace auto-calc spatial rendering and TimeLine showcontrol workflows.
• TiMax TrackerD4’s new Precision Stagetracking for live performer vocal localisation and fx panning.
EM Acoustics will demo its Reference Series R10 flagship point source loudspeaker, along with the HALO-B medium format line array system. EM Acoustics technical director Ed Kinsella and other EM Acoustics team members will be on hand questions.
Sessions will be available at the following times:
• Tuesday, March 3: 2.45pm
• Wednesday, March 4: 10am, 12.15pm, 2.45pm
• Thursday, March 5: 10am, 12.15pm, 2.45pm
Each session is expected to last 1 hour and 45 minutes, including a short refreshment break, and time to quiz the team from both EM and TiMax both during and after the session.
