Midwich to distribute for Middle Atlantic in the UK and Ireland

The partnership will come into effect in February 2019, after which Middle Atlantic products, and other Legrand AV brands, will be available for Midwich customers

Midwich has announced a new distribution partnership with Middle Atlantic products that will begin in February 2019.

Midwich is an audio visual distributor, with operations in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Benelux, Iberia and IPAC, whilst Middle Atlantic is a brand of Legrand AV.

Middle Atlantic manufactures support and protection products for mounting integrated AV systems, offering rack, mount, tech-enabled furniture and power products as well cable management and connectivity solutions.

As a result of the partnership, Middle Atlantic products will be available to Midwich customers, alongside the other Legrand AV brands, Chief, Projecta, Da-Lite and Vaddio. Customers will also be able to purchase from any of the brands within the Legrand AV portfolio directly from Midwich with one purchase order and in one shipment.

Kane Barker, Midwich business manager, commented: “We’re delighted to announce our distribution partnership with Middle Atlantic products across the UK and Ireland. With this partnership, we will provide AV racking as a new category to our resellers alongside our other AV product categories.

“With stock arriving very soon, the addition of Middle Atlantic products means we are further strengthening our relationship and product range across the Legrand AV brands, which is great news for our resellers.”

Robert De Jong, product marketing director, Legrand AV, said: “We are really pleased to add Midwich to our distribution partnerships for Middle Atlantic products in the UK and Ireland. The expertise and professionalism that the team at Midwich bring to the channel will make this a great addition and we look forward to working closely to develop our business together.”
