Hosted by Vintage King at its VKLA showroom in Los Angeles, Gear Expo 2013 offered the capacity crowd an opportunity to demo gear, speak with manufacturer reps, watch live interviews and mingle with celebrity guests from the world of music production.
Representatives were on hand from A-Designs Audio, Apogee Electronics, Auralex Acoustics, Blue Microphone, Chandler Limited, Eventide, Focal, Lynx Studio Technology, Maag Audio, Mojave Audio, SPL/Brauner, Overstayer, Phoenix Audio, Rascal Audio, Royer Labs, Standard Audio, Tree Audio, Wave Distribution and numerous other companies. Pete Lyman, co-founder of Infrasonic Sound, came down from his mastering suite on the second floor at the VKLA complex to talk with Dave Pensado.
The main showroom was busy the entire day as visitors checked out the gear on display.
