New York, NY (July 19, 2016)—Blend.io, a collaboration network for music creators, and virtual instruments developer EastWest have announced a music competition.
The two companies are inviting musicians, composers and music producers to create an original track with six EastWest virtual instruments to win a 12-month subscription to ComposerCloud valued at $360.
EastWest recently launched ComposerCloud, which hosts over 10,000 virtual instruments.
To enter the competition, register at Blend’s web site, then:
1. Create an account at http://www.soundsonline.com/composercloud-blend-contest.
2. Enroll into the free trial to access the six virtual instruments: Silk, Stormdrum 2, Voices of Passion, Solo Violin, Spaces and Symphonic Orchestra.
3. Make an original track using the free samples in the DAW of choice.
4. Publish the track with the tag EASTWESTCONTEST by August 11 on Blend.io.
EastWest and Blend will review all of the submissions and present two producers an annual subscription to Composer valued at $360, as well as feature their tracks under Blend’s staff picks.
