Montreal, Canada – Revolution Acoustics has introduced the RevNet™ Series of highly versatile, audiophile-specification Class D amplifiers. Available in standard or Dante® versions and only occupying a half rack unit of space, RevNet amps are designed to accommodate a wide variety of installation requirements.
Each amplifier delivers 2 x 140 watts RMS (1 x 280 in 70/100V mode) with a frequency response of 20 Hz – 20 kHz and 26 dB gain. A built-in DSP provides 31 band EQ with an Auto EQ function accessed with an easy to use Android and IOS App; an on-board sound masking generator is also provided. RevNet amps are easily controlled via integrated WiFi or TCP/IP and include Phoenix connectors for fast, simple connections. The RevNet 2140-D offers the added convenience of Dante® I/O and control, with AES-67 support. RevNet amplifiers may be daisy-chained for scalability to any system size.
“RevNet truly is the ‘Swiss Army Knife’ of amplifiers,” said Bob Katz, Revolution Acoustics CEO. “With its outstanding dynamic range and lowest distortion performance of any comparable amplifier, it can provide flawless audio in a high end home installation. At the same time, its Auto EQ, sound masking generator and optional Dante I/O make it perfect for the most demanding commercial installations. It’s the perfect match for our revolutionary SSP6 Multiducers – or any other speaker.”
The RevNet 2140 and RevNet 2140-D will be available in late Q3 2018. Visit revolutionacoustics.com for more information.
